Fill out our quick project form or schedule a 20-minute intro call. Here are the details we will need:

• Project overview: Is this a gifting campaign (welcome kits, onboarding boxes, new hire kits, team event, birthday gifting, prospect gifting) or a one-off swag order (event swag, executive gifts, team offsite)?
• Brand guidelines & categories: Are you looking for specific products or categories?
• Budget & quantities: All-in spend range and ideal quantities
• Logistics: Will you be utilizing our team for kitting & shipping to your recipients? Would you like our team to gather sizing info, gift preferences, and addresses from your recipients?

We will use the info you've shared with us to curate your custom lookbook:

• Products curated with your project in mind
• Customized moodboards & mockups specific to your branding and project
• All-in product pricing (including quantity price breaks) for each item
• Instructions for next steps to keep your project moving

Once you select your products & settle your invoice, we will handle the rest! The process is simple:

• Estimate: Once you have your final picks, we'll send over your all-in formal estimate (incl. applicable local taxes and any shipping)
• Approve & Pay: Give us the greenlight and settle your invoice
• Artwork Proofs: We will send over final artwork proofs for your approval before we push anything into production.

Once you approve your final artwork proofs, we will hit production. Here's what you can expect:

• Project Status Updates: We will keep you in the know about production and share your confirmed timeline.
• Shipping & Tracking: As products start to ship, you will receive tracking information & we will monitor your shipments until they deliver. If your project is a kit & fulfill project, we will provide an update once all products have arrived to us and kitting has begun.
• Delivery: We will track your gifts until they arrive and troubleshoot any hiccups along the way!
